NARNI

Took this right before we were leaving a house in Narni, Italy.....we knocked on the door and asked in 3rd Grade Spanish, "Casa di Mary?" Come to find out Mary passed away two years ago, but we ended up getting to know the rest of her family who took us in and didn't stop with the hospitality for two straight days. After stealing as much sunshine as we could on the Mediterranean we headed north through Italy, a little strip of Austria and into far southern Germany to say hello to our friend Rachel......before we arrived we coasted back down into this place after one of our rear axel rods broke.......Some more low grade photography by Jon, arrived in southern Germany to hang out with our friend Rachel.............

It's amazing how hospitable people are in other countries! We Americans could learn a thing or two from that. Very cool that you saw Rachel, I bet she was surprised to see you. Thank you for the up date, we look forward to them.

Dear John and Christine,

Great to hear of your progress! It seems like a long time ago since you moved on. We had a nice Thanksgiving with the Stilwells, Stevensons and others. The Stilwell house was looking great and was a perfect place to hold a big gathering. Even the heating system is working well. The sunsets at the house are just beautiful.

Godspeed,

David and Feruza

About that "low grade photography", Jon. It looks good to me. I've noted, though, that some of your uploads are not hyper linked to full sized shots. Perhaps you hadn't noted.

Jeepers! If I were in your place, I'd not be worried about such trifles myself.

Jon and Christina,

It's been a long while and we're wondering how it's all going for you.

Hope to see another entry soon.
